Sad day for democracy on the way

Today's EDP makes depressing reading for anyone who cares about local democracy in Norfolk.

    Another Quango just doing what it wants. People have less say about their lives than ever. The Boundry Commission has never put right the bias shown towards Labour in the boundries.
